Dr Dipo Awojide is a trusted source of knowledge and expertise across a range of areas such as Strategic Management, International Business, Personal and Professional Development, Entrepreneurship, Leadership and Employability. He is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA), a Member of the Africa Academy of Management, British Academy of Management, and an Associate Member of the Chartered Management Institute (UK).

Dipo is the Founder of High Impact Careers, a Specialist Career Development Company building a pipeline of Black and African tech talents. He provides professional bespoke training and consultancy services for individuals, organisations, and teams across the private and public sector in the quest for improved performance, and competitive advantages. He has delivered trainings to Middle Managers from diverse British, German, and Nigerian organisations such as the NHS, Kit-Kat, JDM Food Group, TDX Group etc. He is credited with developing an Ambidextrous Organisational Culture Model for companies in the European Union.

He is also the founder of BTDT Hub, a Human Capital Development Company. As a Career Coach, he takes a genuine interest in the development of young people, teams, and organisations. He has taught and mentored well over 10,000 people from diverse countries. He has delivered trainings for MTN, Nestle West Africa, Union Bank, Keystone Bank, Tek Experts, Softcom, Uber Business, Jumia, the British High Commission, Nexford University, Investment One, etc. He also interviews and places candidates in companies. In December 2019, he was unveiled as a Top 20 LinkedIn Voice (UK) for his personal and professional development articles, posts, and comments. Also, in June 2020, he was nominated for consideration as a World Economic Forum Young Global Leader for the Class of 2021.
