He has delivered trainings to Middle Managers from diverse British, German, and Nigerian organisations such as the NHS, Kit-Kat, JDM Food Group, TDX Group etc. He is credited with developing an Ambidextrous Organisational Culture Model for companies in the European Union.
He is also the founder of BTDT Hub, a Human Capital Development Company. As a Career Coach, he takes a genuine interest in the development of young people, teams, and organisations. He has taught and mentored well over 10,000 people from diverse countries. He has delivered trainings for MTN, Nestle West Africa, Union Bank, Keystone Bank, Tek Experts, Softcom, Uber Business, Jumia, the British High Commission, Nexford University, Investment One, etc. He also interviews and places candidates in companies.
