Eyono Fatayi-Williams, General Manager External Relations and Sustainable Development of Nigeria LNG has over 30 years of working experience most of which have been in leadership positions in various industry sectors including oil and gas, banking, security printing and manufacturing.

Eyono joined Nigeria LNG in October 1997 and has held several management positions in NLNG. Prior to her appointment as General Manager, External Relations, she managed various other functions including Human Resources responsible for policy, services, industrial and employee relations; Commercial Sales Administration responsible for the administration of the company’s product Sales and Purchase Agreements, and the IT and Telecommunication function responsible for the delivery of the company’s IT environment, enabling software applications and telecommunications. Before joining NLNG, she worked in the Nigeria Security Printing and Minting Company, MBC International Bank and HACO, a Division of John Holt Limited.

She is an alumna of the University of Lagos and Leeds Metropolitan University with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and a Master’s in Corporate Governance respectively. She has attended several management and leadership courses including the executive general management programmes of Cranfield University and INSEAD Business School. She is a John Maxwell Certified Coach, Mentor and Speaker and a fellow of the WIMBOD Institute.

She is passionate about people and building capacity in others to deliver value to relevant stakeholders. She is a mentor, an astute influencer, innovator, and a dedicated technocrat committed to achieving results. She is strategic and is passionate about organisational effectiveness, good governance and leadership development and, to her credit, has led many game-changing initiatives
