Odunayo Sanya

With multi sectoral work experience spanning the Education, Financial Services, Telecommunications and Development Sectors, Odunayo currently serves as the Executive Secretary of MTN Nigeria Foundation where she drives the alignment between Strategy, the Sustainable Development Goals and National Priorities.

She is an Alum of the Lagos Business School and the Institute of Management Development (Switzerland). With executive trainings from the Harvard Business School and Cornell University. Odunayo is a certified DISC consultant and a PROSCI certified change management practitioner. She is a Maxwell Leadership Certified Coach, Speaker, and Trainer.

A recipient of multiple awards and prizes, Odunayo is an Author. Her book ‘Alphabets of Leadership for Young Minds’ is listed in the United States Library of Congress. She is passionate about Leadership, Youth Development and Social Innovation.  She is married with three beautiful daughters.
