As CEO of Jacinta’s, a Lifestyle Re-engineering Firm, Dr. St.Matthew-Daniel integrates her expertise in psychology, behavioral science, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) to drive organizational success. Her work enhances productivity, fosters cultural transformation, and improves return on investment for her clients. 

She is also the founder of ACTS Generation, an NGO focused on empowering women and providing interventions in cases of domestic violence and abuse. Over the past 18 years, her organization has supported over 4,000 women through advocacy, counseling, and empowerment initiatives. She believes women can thrive only when they are emotionally, spiritually, and physically nurtured. 

In her executive coaching practice, Dr. St.Matthew-Daniel specializes in working with professional women leaders, helping them navigate the pressures of high-profile roles with confidence and clarity. 

In addition to her work, she serves on several boards as a non-executive director. A dedicated mother of four successful daughters and grandmother of five, Dr. St.Matthew-Daniel continues to inspire through her leadership and unwavering commitment to personal and organizational excellence.
