- Wale Odusanya is an Investment Management Executive with over 17 years of private equity and investment banking experience
- He is currently a Principal in the Investments division at Verod Capital Management Limited, a leading private equity fund manager with over US$300M assets under management. He currently oversees the financial services and healthcare portfolio
- Prior to this role, he was the Head of Financial Advisory at Stanbic IBTC Capital Limited, where he spent more than a decade advising on some of the most groundbreaking transactions in the Nigerian market
- In the course of his career, he has provided business origination, commercial assessments of corporate buy-side and sell-side investment opportunities, investment structuring and closing, fund raising and strategic advisory to various Board of directors across Nigeria, South Africa and United Kingdom
- Mr. Odusanya holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree (First Class honours) in Accounting from the University of Lagos
- He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers of Nigeria (CIS), a Charterholder of the Chartered Financial Analysts Institute, USA (CFA) and a member of the Institute of Directors
