Dr. Morenike Molehin

Morenike Molehin is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of the award-winning Oak and Teak Interiors, widely recognized as one of the fastest-growing interior design companies in Africa. With over a decade of industry excellence, she has successfully positioned the company as a market leader, executing complex, high-end projects including luxury residences and five-star hotels.

Under her visionary leadership, Oak and Teak has expanded its footprint beyond Nigeria to serve clients in Dubai, Rwanda, Ghana, and most recently, the United States, where she led her team to establish operations to meet growing global demand. In 2022, the company was named Best Luxury Residential Interior Design Company in Nigeria by the prestigious Luxury Lifestyle Awards.

Morenike is also the Founder and CEO of Oaklean Cleaning Services, a professional cleaning and facility maintenance company built on the same principles of excellence, quality, and client satisfaction.

She is the convener of the Grow with Renny (GWR) Mentorship Program, a free 12-week mentorship initiative that has impacted thousands of young adults across various spheres of life including career, business, self-development, relationships, finance, and personal wellness.

Her annual conference, the Grow with Renny Live Experience, continues to attract thousands of participants across multiple countries

As part of her broader commitment to social impact, she established the Oak and Teak Foundation, through which she champions strategic corporate social responsibility initiatives. The Foundation has carried out multimillion-naira interventions to renovate and equip under-resourced schools and hospitals across Nigeria, with a focus on education and healthcare.

Morenike holds a first degree in Industrial Mathematics from Covenant University and a Master’s degree in Financial Mathematics and Computation from the University of Leicester, United Kingdom. She holds an Honorary Doctorate Degree in Leadership and Humanity, which was conferred upon her by Myles Leadership University, at a ceremony held in London, United Kingdom.

She is a sought-after speaker and mentor, known for her passion, clarity, and commitment to building purpose-driven individuals and businesses. Morenike has been happily married for 13 years to her best friend, Yomi Molehin, and together they are raising two beautiful daughters.
