She is also the convener of the annual “I Walk for Menopause” campaign, which has grown from 750 participants in 2023 into a five-state movement by 2025.

In recognition of her groundbreaking work in menopause awareness, Mosunmola received an award for innovation from the First Lady of Lagos State on September 28, 2024.

She is the author of Menopause Unfiltered and the host of Menopause Unveiled with Mosunmola, Nigeria’s first radio show dedicated to menopause education. By blending science, personal experience, and storytelling, she continues to empower women across Africa to embrace wellness and confidently “own their pause.”
