Arinola Kola-Daisi has 34 years of Professional experience comprising 25 years in the Banking Industry and 9 years in Public Service. She joined the then Chartered Bank in 1990 as a Credit analyst with roles in Corporate Banking, Concessionary Finance, and Retail Banking. Having obtained a solid grounding in banking over 10 years, she moved to Prudent Bank as the Group Head of Consumer Banking where she was responsible for leading the development and marketing of a wide array of consumer products for customers in the lower and middle-income and High Net Worth categories.
Arinola continued her banking career in Skye Bank (which was a merger of 4 banks)and was at different times Group Head of Retail Banking and Regional Manager responsible for the supervision of clusters of branches in different parts of the Lagos metropolis. Primary responsibilities in this role were business development and the creation of quality credit portfolios across the locations.
She retired from her 25-year banking career in 2015 and in the same year was appointed as the Director of Administration and Human Resources at the Lagos State Internal Revenue Service, a position she holds till date.
Her present responsibilities include the Development and Execution of policies with respect to the Human Resource function(capacity development, career growth, management, staff welfare, and disciplinary issues)and all issues pertaining to the general administration of the Agency.
She has a BSc in Psychology from the University of Ibadan and an MBA from the University of Lagos and has also attended several Executive development courses at various business schools across the World such as London Business School in the UK, Columbia University in the United States and INSEAD in France. Arinola is a member of Wimbiz and the Institute of Directors.
