Dr. Abiola Salami

Dr. Abiola Salami is a Performance Strategist, Executive Advisor and Principal of CHAMP Global Leadership Consulting. He is the Founder of The Peak Performer Africa and Executive Architect of Performance Leadership™, a body of work focused on helping leaders and organisations convert strategy, talent and investment into measurable, sustainable performance.

A Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, UK, and Fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Management, Dr. Salami works with executives, boards and institutions across Africa to strengthen leadership capability, execution discipline, performance culture and organisational effectiveness.

He is the creator of several leadership and performance frameworks, including the Performance Leadership IndexÔ, TITLE® and GRIT®. Through research, advisory, executive education and thought leadership, he challenges leaders to move beyond potential, activity and intention to visible evidence of performance.
