Ifeoma Chuks-Adizue (Iphie) is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience building global brands across Africa, with expertise in brand management, sales, and media. She is the Managing Director for Africa at Global Citizen, an international advocacy organization focused on ending extreme poverty.

Before this, she was Executive Director, Commercial at CAP PLC (makers of Dulux Paint) where she led sales and marketing to quadruple business growth in four years. A graduate of Economics from the University of Jos, Iphie began her career at Procter & Gamble Nigeria, held leadership roles at Cadbury Nigeria, and now leads at Global Citizen.

Iphie is deeply passionate about living a life of purpose that makes God proud, transformational leadership, and helping career women live full, purposeful lives. She is the author of two books – The Uncommon Woman and Made for More – and is the Founding President of the Uncommon Woman Movement (UWM), a global online community inspiring women to birth purpose-driven platforms while thriving in their careers and families.

Their flagship EMERGE program has helped over 500 women identify and launch their purpose even with full-time jobs. Iphie is also the Founder and Lead Coach at PrimaWorks Leadership Institute, equipping female mid-level managers and emerging leaders in female-led organizations for senior leadership roles that transform organizations and people.

A wife, mother of three and recipient of numerous awards, she was recently honored with the Exceptional Leader of Excellence Award by the Global Women Economic Forum.
