Iroghama Ogbeifun

Iroghama Ogbeifun is the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Starzs Investments Company Limited, where she manages the affairs and operations of a Fleet of Eleven Ships working Deep offshore Nigerian waters, supporting the oil exploration and production activities of International Oil Companies.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and Psychology and an MSc in Public Health.

In addition to her role at Starzs Investments Company, she is the Vice Chairman of Starzs Gas Limited and a Director at Eaglewatch Security Limited. She also serves as Chairman of the Technical Committee of the Ship Owners Association of Nigeria (SOAN), a Board Trustee of The R.E.A.C.H Nigeria Foundation, a Board Member of Lagos Liga, and a Member of the Governing Board of the Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA).

A strong advocate for gender inclusion in the energy industry, Iroghama is a Founding Member and Sponsorship Director of the Women in Energy Network (WIEN). She is a Member of the Institute of Directors (IOD), a Fellow of the National Institute of Credit Administration (NICA), and an Associate Member of WIMBIZ. She also serves as a Patron of APWEN and is a member of GAIA Africa.

With over a decade of extensive entrepreneurial experience, she is the founder of Hairven, which has beauty salons, spa & a hair care product line, and Stratom Concept Limited, a diversified company with interests in logistics, construction, petroleum marketing, agro-allied services, and retail, whose subsidiaries include Jana & Jaya’s Daily Mart and Revitalife Pharmacy.

She is a mother to beautiful twin girls and is committed to the growth of female entrepreneurs, a passion she drives through mentorship and support.
