Unoma Grant is an accomplished healthcare administrator, strategist, and green gains champion with over 15 years of experience leading transformation across healthcare systems in Nigeria. She currently serves as the Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer of Paelon Memorial Hospital, where she has played a pivotal role in expanding the hospital from a single outpatient clinic into a network of four facilities across Lagos and Delta State.

A board member of Paelon Memorial Hospital since 2010, Unoma has spearheaded major initiatives, including the hospital’s first ESG policy, its 5-Star SafeCare accreditation (twice), and the rapid conversion of facilities during the COVID-19 pandemic. In 2025, she was appointed to the Board of Care Connect HMO (formerly St. Ives Medicare), where she contributes to governance and strategic growth in health insurance.

Beyond her executive roles, she is the co-founder of the Women in Healthcare Network (WIHCN), an advocacy platform amplifying the voices of women professionals and fostering equity in healthcare leadership.

Unoma holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cape Town, is a certified EDGE Expert, and has undertaken executive education at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, Lagos Business School, and the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
