Ekenem Isichei

Managing Partner at ACIOE Associates, Ekenem Isichei, has extensive experience in the energy, social development, ICT, FMCG, and health industries. He adds a global perspective to his key management roles having lived and worked on several continents, including Europe, North America, and Africa. His expertise in Advocacy, Digital Transformation, Government Relations, and Risk Management has profoundly influenced policy in several African markets and stimulated growth for businesses.

Ekenem, an influential speaker, frequently participates in engagements which foster investments and trade relations between the US and Africa. He has participated in high-level dialogues in fields including the banking, health, and energy sectors, and his initiatives have contributed to nurture investor relations and supply chain partnerships between the U.S. and Africa.

A major component of Ekenem’s career is social impact. More than 500 youths have benefited from his volunteer work with the Lux Terra Leadership Foundation and ACIOE Foundation through leadership development. He also initiated a program to teach ICT and literacy to 110,000 young Nigerian women.

Ekenem holds degrees in Engineering Management and Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan, respectively. Executive education from Harvard and the Wharton School of Business further expands his expertise.

Ekenem is a Senior Advisor with the Albright Stonebridge Group and a Director with the Corporate Council on Africa in addition to his primary duties. He is passionate about golf, literature, and travel. In 2011, the Nigerian Economic Summit Group recognized him as an emerging leader. Ekenem is successful in both his professional and humanitarian pursuits driven by his mission to inspire young people.
