Fadeke Adepetun

Fadeke Adepetun is the Chief Executive Officer of Investment Builders Limited, a Real Estate and Investment firm, and an experienced Real Estate Consultant with over 20 years of business management experience across Telecoms, Banking, and Information Technology (IT).

She is an alumna of the University of Lagos, Nigeria. As part of her continuous professional development, she attended the Harvard University Graduate School of Design, where she received a Certificate of Attendance in the Challenges of Leadership in Real Estate.

Fadeke is an accredited mediator at the Lagos State Multi-Door Courthouse (LMDC) and a marriage counsellor.

As a Marriage Counsellor, she is passionate about building strong, enduring families and marriages founded on godly principles, trust, leadership and healthy communication. She provides guidance and mediation to couples and families, helping them navigate challenges and build resilient homes. She is also passionate about mentoring and counselling youths.

She is the author of three books: Little by Little – An Account of God’s Healing Power (Books 1 & 2) and Little by Little Scripture Reference Book.

Her dedication to public service and corporate governance is demonstrated through her extensive board experience. She currently serves on the boards of The Brook Finance Ltd and The Brook Securities Ltd. She is a Trustee of Grace to Graces, a charity that supports women who have suffered domestic abuse and serves as an Alternate Director of The Foreshore School, Lagos. Across these boards, she brings strategic oversight, leadership, governance expertise, and mediation skills.

Fadeke enjoys swimming and walking. She is married and has children and grandchildren.
