Bunmi Adekeye

Bunmi Adekeye is a business transformation and technology leader with over 25 years of international experience spanning financial services, consulting, technology and organisational transformation. She holds an MBA from London Business School and is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA).

Bunmi is the Founder of Agile Metamor46, where she works with organisations and professionals to navigate business transformation, AI adoption and the changing demands of the modern workplace.

Her career includes consulting experience with Deloitte and senior transformation roles with global financial institutions including Credit Suisse and HSBC. She has led complex Finance, Risk and IT transformation programmes across international environments, giving her a deep understanding of how technology reshapes businesses, careers, leadership and competitive advantage.

Bunmi is also a Non-Executive Director in the Nigerian insurance sector, bringing her experience in finance, technology, transformation, governance and strategic leadership to the boardroom.
