Olayimikah Bolo is Managing Director and Chief Risk Officer at Chapel Hill Denham. She has over 30 years of experience in strategic risk management, risk governance, and institutional transformation.
Prior to joining Chapel Hill Denham, she was Acting Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer of FMDQ Clear Limited (a member of the FMDQ Group). She transitioned into this role from Stanbic IBTC Holdings PLC (a subsidiary of Standard Bank Group), where she held several senior risk management and governance positions including regional oversight for risk governance across Nigeria, Ghana, DRC, and Angola.
Olayimikah is a Non-Executive Director of NASD PLC, Nigeria’s OTC securities exchange, having previously served as Chairman of the Board (September 2026) and Chairman of the Audit & Risk Board Committee (September 2025).
She holds an Executive Master of Business Administration from the Lagos Business School/IESE Barcelona (now Pan-Atlantic University), and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemical Engineering from the University of Lagos. She is a member of the Institute of Directors (IOD) and the Chartered Risk Management Institute of Nigeria.
