Aisha Adedeji

Co-founder, The Hustle Table

Speaker

Aisha is a global banking professional, wealth strategist, author, media personality and financial educator with over a decade of international experience helping individuals, families and business owners build, protect and grow wealth. Her career spans five countries—the United Kingdom, Nigeria, South Africa, Abu Dhabi and Saudi Arabia where she has worked across business banking, private banking, investment management and financial strategy for leading international financial institutions including Barclays, FirstBank and Standard Chartered.

Throughout her career, Aisha has advised high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients, led high-performing teams delivering tailored financial solutions, and built a reputation for translating complex financial concepts into practical strategies that empower people to make confident financial decisions. Her expertise spans wealth management, investment strategy, financial literacy, relationship management and cross-border finance.

In recognition of her professional achievements, Aisha was named Private Banker of the Year at the 2024 FirstBank Annual Merit Awards (FAMA) and was recognised internationally on Yahoo Finance’s HERoes Women Future Leaders Role Model List in 2021. She also serves on the Loughborough University Alumni Advisory Board, supporting initiatives that strengthen engagement between the university and its global alumni community.

Beyond her corporate career, Aisha is passionate about democratising financial education. She is the co-founder of The Hustle Table, a financial education platform helping young professionals navigate money, careers and wealth-building with confidence and clarity.

She is also the co-founder of Coin IQ, a Saturday financial literacy school designed to teach children and teenagers practical money skills—from budgeting and saving to investing and long-term wealth creation. Inspired by her experience working with afluent families, the initiative was created to help parents pass down not only wealth, but the financial knowledge needed to preserve it across generations.

Building on this mission, Aisha is the author of Raising Money-Smart Children: A Practical Money Manual for African Parents of Children Aged 3–18, equipping parents with practical tools to raise financially confident children and build lasting generational wealth.

A sought-after speaker, moderator, media contributor and television host, Aisha has become a recognised voice on wealth creation, investing, financial literacy and cross-border finance. She is the host of The Hustle Table on Trend Centrl London, where she leads conversations with entrepreneurs, business leaders, investors and changemakers, making discussions around money, business and wealth more accessible to audiences across the UK and Africa.

She has spoken at, moderated and participated in conversations for leading organisations and platforms including Barclays, BusinessDay Fintech Summit, Nairametrics Money Fair, and The Mum Fund. She has also appeared as a finance contributor on BusinessDay News and ARISE News, sharing expert commentary on investing, wealth creation, financial literacy and personal finance.

Her podcast and media appearances include The Savvy Wallet Podcast (London), MoneyLit Podcast by Nairametrics, The Hustle Table on Trend Centrl London and numerous interviews, live discussions and industry conversations exploring investing, entrepreneurship, career growth and financial wellbeing.

Through her speaking engagements, writing and educational initiatives, Aisha advocates for a new narrative around money—one where financial literacy becomes a powerful tool for independence, confidence and long-term opportunity. Whether advising private clients, speaking on stage, hosting conversations or educating the next generation, her mission remains the same: to make wealth-building practical, accessible and inclusive.

Outside finance, Aisha is a qualified nutritionist and former semi-professional basketball player who spent over a decade competing before transitioning into coaching and mentoring young athletes. She brings the same discipline, resilience and commitment to excellence to every aspect of her work.

Through her work across banking, education, media and entrepreneurship, Aisha continues to champion one simple belief: financial literacy should not be a privilege reserved for those who work in finance—it should be a life skill that empowers everyone.
