Folake Adeniyi-Adeleye is a globally recognized Executive Coach, Keynote Speaker and Global HR Practitioner/ Strategist with over two decades of experience shaping executive careers and corporate leadership. Her 25-year career spans management consulting, oil & gas, telecoms, and IT/Cloud technology, where she has led high-impact initiatives in global multinationals such as Celtel, Zain (now Airtel), Microsoft and Oracle.

As the immediate past Regional HR Director at Oracle Africa, she partnered with global senior leaders to drive enterprise transformation, leadership development, and strategic talent management. She also played a key role in scaling and optimizing leadership pipelines, global workforce strategies and organizational development across emerging and developed markets.

COACHivate, the coaching practice she founded in 2019, helps senior level executives master their executive presence, leadership transitions and be more impactful in and beyond the C-suite and board level roles.
