Bimbola Wright

Bimbola Wright is a professional with a strong appreciation of corporate governance principles and is well-practiced in board-level roles in a broad array of NGO and Private Sector entities. The pioneer Chairman of Arami Essentials, a start-up digital native clean beauty products company founded by a Nigerian female millennial, Bimbola is a NED and INED on the boards of Ecobank Nigeria and ARM Securities respectively, and a member of the Board of Governors of the Institute of Directors Nigeria Centre for Corporate Governance. In addition, Bimbola is an advisor to Wright & Co Limited, a leading management consulting firm based in Lagos, founded by her husband Seyi Wright where she is involved in various human capital and organizational capacity building projects.

With a banking career spanning over 30 years, Bimbola has led several change initiatives including Culture Transformation, Customer Experience Enhancement, Business Process Re-Engineering, Balanced Scorecard Implementation amongst others.

Bimbola is a former Executive Council Member and a Life Member of WIMBIZ, and is also an active member of IoD Nigeria as well as The Society for Corporate Governance. In furtherance of her commitment to support individuals in unleashing their potentials, Bimbola is a coach/mentor to many senior executives.
