Dr. Glory Edozien

Dr. Glory Edozien (PhD) is a renowned expert in women’s leadership development, gender diversity, and executive visibility. With over 20 years of transformative experience across Africa and Europe, she has become a global force in empowering women to secure high-impact leadership roles, board appointments, and executive promotions.

She is the Founder of Inspired by Glory Academy, where she has trained and coached over 500 female executives to build credible public profiles, strengthen their leadership voice, and position themselves as board and speaker ready thought leaders. She is also the convener of Ascent Club, a premier community of African female executives focused on visibility, board readiness, and speaker positioning.

Dr. Edozien holds a PhD in Real Estate and Planning from the University of Reading, UK, and a Master’s degree in Natural Resources from the University of Greenwich, London. She is also a certified expert in Climate Change and Renewable Energy Finance from the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management.

Her career spans work with international organizations such as the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and Nigeria’s Federal Ministry of Environment. She currently serves as a Global Advisor for the Women for Prosperity project at the Atlantic Council’s Freedom and Prosperity Center.
