Dr. Tewa Onasanya

Dr. Tewa Onasanya is an entrepreneur, Mindset Stylist, author, women empowerment advocate and cervical cancer advocate with over 23 years of experience creating platforms that drive visibility, transformation and impact.

She is the Founder and Publisher of Exquisite Magazine, Africa’s #1 Visibility Platform for women, founded in 2003. Through the magazine, she champions women’s visibility, wellness, entrepreneurship, lifestyle and development, inspiring women to Be Seen, Be Heard and Remembered.

She is also the Founder of the ELOY Awards Foundation, which empowers women through mentorship, training, grants, affordable finance and support. In its 18th year, The ELOY Awards foundation also celebrates women of excellence in different fields at the annual ELOY Awards. Her commitment to women’s health is reflected in the Exquisite Magazine Awareness Campaign (EMAC), promoting cervical cancer prevention and screening through the #SmearIt Walks and Smearathon.

As a Mindset Stylist and creator of the Rule Your Mind philosophy, Tewa helps people shape their thoughts, beliefs and behaviours to create more fulfilling lives. Her work incorporates visualisation, affirmation, scripting, embodiment and mindfulness. She advocates Work-Life Integration.

Tewa is the author of Rule Your Mind: How to Rule Your Mind to Live the Life You Desire and Convince Yourself First: How Entrepreneurs Can Overcome Self-Doubt to Live Their Best Lives. She has mentored entrepreneurs through the Cherie Blair Foundation for Women, Enterprise Nation, FCMB Nigeria and the ELOY Awards Foundation.

She holds a BSc in Pharmacology from the University of Portsmouth, UK, a Diploma in

Fashion Journalism, a certificate in Mindfulness, and an Honorary Doctorate of Philosophy in Leadership and Performance Management.
