Isioma Asiodu-Otughwor studied Electrical/Electronic Engineering at the University of Benin as an ExxonMobil Scholar. She has over 13 years’ experience operating and delivering operational excellence in multiple energy assets in Sub Saharan Africa and Middle East.

 

She has a diploma from the University of Warwick, UK in Engineering Business Management. Isioma enjoys driving valuable innovation and working in teams with audacious ambitions.

She was recognised in 2019 by SPE Lagos in the Women in Energy Hall of Fame Program.She is the Co-Founder of Blazers& Baby, an online and in real life support community for new mothers in the workplace and Head of Network for Leanin Career mum – A Leanin network focused on supporting ambitious career women customise and achieve their family and career aspirations. She was appointed as a Global advisory board member for the Leanin Network Leadership program covering over 100 networks of circles globally.  She serves on boards that solve problems related to energy, education,financial inclusion and gender inclusion. Isioma enjoys exploring people through conversations, places through travelling and cultures through food tasting and museum prowling.

 

She is part of a dual career couple with 2 young daughters.
