Adeola Olusodo

Mr. Adeola Olusodo is the Managing Director of Lekki Worldwide Investments Limited (LWIL), the Lagos State Government’s strategic investment vehicle for the development of the Lekki Economic Zone. The zone is a flagship economic corridor shaping the future of industry, trade and investment in Nigeria.

As Managing Director, he provides strategic leadership for the zone’s growth and long-term value. He drives investor attraction and foreign direct investment, leads zone expansion and infrastructure development, and safeguards the State’s equity in its joint venture partnerships. He also works closely with government, regulators, international partners and host communities to position Lekki as a globally competitive destination for manufacturing, logistics and trade.

He brings over three decades of leadership experience across the private and public sectors, with recognised expertise in public-private partnerships (PPP), joint venture structuring, business development and corporate strategy.

Mr. Olusodo previously spent over 25 years at the Lagos State Development and Property Corporation (LSDPC), where he rose through a series of senior roles to become Executive Director, Joint Ventures and Business Development, an appointment approved by Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu. He led the Corporation’s partnership and investment agenda, structuring development leases, PPP projects and urban renewal initiatives that shaped the Lagos property landscape. Earlier, as Head of Corporate Affairs and Strategic Planning, he directed corporate strategy, marketing, media relations and corporate social responsibility.

His career began in the private sector at Chellarams Plc and Daewoo Motors Services Nigeria Ltd., where he built dealership networks and led sales, marketing and distribution strategy.

A three-time graduate of the University of Lagos, he holds a BA in History, an MBA in Marketing and a Master’s degree in Housing Development and Management. Mr. Olusodo is a trusted bridge between government and business, known for building partnerships that turn bold public ambitions into lasting economic value.
