Olalekan Olude

Olalekan (Lekan) Olude is the Group CEO of Cray Group. Cray is a multi licensed payments infrastructure orchestration company providing payment solutions for Africa related businesses. Cray operates across 20+ African markets and has processed payments in more than 100 countries globally.

Olude has built his career across technology, financial services, entrepreneurship, and public sector development. He previously co-founded Jobberman and served as the company’s Chief Operating Officer from 2009 to 2017. During his time at Jobberman, he helped build the company into one of West Africa’s leading job search platforms and contributed to its growth during the early development of Africa’s technology ecosystem.

In 2019, Olude was appointed Special Adviser on Job Creation and Youth Empowerment to the Governor of Ogun State. His role focused on initiatives around employment, entrepreneurship, and opportunities for young people.

He is also the founder of roHealth, an employee benefits platform created to improve access to benefits for Africa’s workforce. The company was later rebranded as Motherboard.

Olude began his professional career at Goldman Sachs. He holds a degree in Computer Science from Obafemi Awolowo University and an MBA from Imperial College Business School. He has also completed executive education programmes at Lagos Business School and the Wharton School.

In 2016, he was named one of the 100 Most Influential Young Nigerians.
